Please read this carefully.  Shopping at Teeshirtsrock may be different than you may be used to.  Teeshirtsrock.com is a comprehensive vault of t-shirts.  If you are looking for a specific t-shirt 99% of the time you will find it here.  We started Teeshirtsrock.com to offer consumers a place to come to find practically any t-shirt on the market and some that are even no longer made.  Unlike most t-shirt companies that carry the same 1000 or so t-shirts that everyone carriers we choose to go a step further.  Teeshirtsrock.com carries over 40,000 different tee shirts!  That being said we cannot physically stock all 40,000 tees in our facility.  It is just not possible.  We have other t-shirt websites where all items ship out within 1 business day.  Teeshirtsrock.com is generally not like those.  We do stock about 40 percent of our t-shirts in our Warrington, PA facility thus there are still thousands of t-shirts that we can ship out to you the same day. 

The Order Process at Teeshirtsrock.com:  Orders placed at Teeshirtsrock will be processed as follows.  You place the order and we will process it the same or next business day.  If all items in your order are in our warehouse your order will ship out the same or next day.  Again this occurs probably 40% of the time so do not expect all orders to ship out by the next business day.  If all items in your order are not physically in our facility, they are immediately ordered from our distributors.  We work with hundreds of distributors so the time frames will vary as to when your products arrive at our facility.  In most cases we will receive your items within 2-4 business days.  However, there are a handful of distributors that do take up to 20 business days to get your products to us.  That being said, please allow up to 30 days for your order to ship.  30 Days is generally rare but there are a few carries that can easily take 20 days.  We will get your order to you as soon as everything is here for shipping.  If your order is needed in a rush we definitely recommend you email us BEFORE you place the order so that we can give you an idea of when your order will ship.  Of course we love helping with gifts, so feel free to contact us and we can help you with a rush order as we do have over 15,000 t-shirt styles in stock at all times.  Once your order is ready to ship we offer the shipping options below.

Shipping Options:  Once your order is ready to ship you have several shipping options to choose from. Remember the stated shipping times are once the order actually departs.  Our regular order processing and ordering time frames do still apply (1 to 30 days).  Teeshirtsrock.com offers the following shipping options for orders shipping to the USA.

    1.  USPS First Class Mail - Generally 2 to 8 Business Days once the order ships
    2.  USPS Priority Mail - 2 to 4 Business Days once the order ships
    3.  USPS Express Mail - 1-2 Business Days once the order ships
    4.  Ground Shipping (via USPS and FEDEX) - 1 to 5 business days once the order ships.  Please note that if you are in PA,NJ,NY and DE and select this option your order should be there the
         next business day once the order ships.  Thus if you are in these states, we would recommend this option vs. Express mail as it is much cheaper and just as fast.

We can also ship via UPS and FEDEX 2 and 3 day and Overnight.  The costs are higher but we can accomodate these services.  Look for them to be added  to the website in the future but if you want to use these services contact us so we can get you a quote.

For international orders we offer the following options

    1.  USPS First Class Airmail - Time frame varies with limited or no tracking. Generally 10 to 20 business days on average once the order ships
    2.  FEDEX International Shipping - Tracking provided.  Generally 1-3 Business Days once the order ships out.

Look for more international shipping options shortly including USPS Express Mail and UPS Expedited. Please note: In some instances there may be service issues with UPS or FEDEX or they will not delivery to your address. If this happens we reserve the right to change the shipping service to the USPS Equivalent of the selected option (i.e USPS Express Mail). Please keep this in mind when selecting these options.

Change of Shipping Method - If you need to change your shipping method and the order has not yet shipped you may do so.  Just email us and we will get back to you.

All orders will receive a shipment confirmation when they ship.  Please do not contact us regarding an orders shipping date unless 20 business days has gone by so that we may provide the best service possible to all of our customers as again order time frames are stated on this page.

Where Do You Ship To? (WORLDWIDE)

Pretty much anywhere.  With Indonesia being the exception due to large occurences of fraud.  If you add items to your cart and head to checkout the costs will be displayed.  This will vary based on the order total.  We are not responsible for customs taxes so if taxes are due upon receipt it is the buyers responsibility to pay them.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs will vary based on the carrier and service selected and total value of the shopping cart.  If items are removed due to backorder we will adjust the shipping costs if the reduced order value lowers the shipping amount.  We do not refund shipping costs.
